REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Here you can read about Yoga Baba's refunds and returns policy.
REFUNDS
We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied.
Please return an unused item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. If for any reason an item develops a fault later, you can send this back to Yoga Baba for an exchange or a refund.
Unless faulty, we will only accept returned items on the following conditions:
- The item to return has not been used.
- It is in its original packaging.
- The item is in a resalable condition.
We do not give refunds on items that have become damaged or faulty as a result of incorrect laundering. Please read the care instructions carefully before washing.
RETURN REQUESTS
To initiate a return or refund, please send us an email to info@yogamama.co.uk quoting your order number, outlining the reason for returning.
Yoga Baba is unable to provide freepost for on returns. This means that goods must be returned to Yoga Baba at your expense. If the item is faulty, we will refund or credit your return postage cost. Please obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning goods. Yoga Baba is not responsible for returns not reaching us.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send a replacement at the earliest convenience.
