PREGNANCY & POSTNATAL CLASSES

At Yoga Mama, our wellness classes are led by our dedicated team of highly qualified teachers. We deliberately keep our groups small, with an average of 6 to 12 students per class, so as to allow individual attention. This also helps us to build a sense of community within the classroom. Unless specified, most of our group sessions are suitable for all levels of experience and fitness.

Yoga Mama are Putney's longest serving premier Pregnancy Yoga specialists, and we offer several classes per week in our Putney studio. In addition to this, we also run other forms of yoga, including Mum and Baby Yoga (where babies also participate) and regular postnatal yoga (just for mamas). We also offer Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates.

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

BOOKING

Places on in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take class bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class, you will need to book your space in advance using the Yoga Mama online booking system. Enrolment closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. We kindly ask that you do not attend the studio without a valid class booking. To consult class times, please go to our timetable page.

CLASS PASSES

Yoga Mama operates a class pass system on its wellness classes. These passes are available for single classes, and blocks of 5 and 10 classes. For full information about the passes, visit our prices page.

1:1 SESSIONS

We offer private 1:1 tuition both in our studio in Putney and online. These sessions are not available to book online. To book a 1:1 session, please send an email to Cherie Lathey on info@yogamama.co.uk or call 07939 589 083.
